Our why.

Tradition. Hard Work. Brotherhood. Victory. Legacy.

For more than a century, Ithaca College Bomber Football has built a tradition rooted in hard work, brotherhood, leadership, and victory. But our legacy extends far beyond the gridiron. It is measured by the character we build, the lives we impact, and the foundation we create for future generations.

Being a Bomber is more than an identity, it is a lifelong commitment to something greater than ourselves. United by a shared tradition and strengthened by brotherhood, we connect generations of alumni and current student-athletes to turn our proud history into meaningful action. Through educational opportunities, workforce development, and community engagement, we open doors, create opportunities, and strengthen Tompkins County and beyond.

Giving Day

How we differ.

While Giving Day and other college athletic fundraising campaigns address team operational expenses, our focus is the individual student: providing financial support, professional development, and community leadership opportunities for student-athletes with the greatest need. Financial hurdles should never derail a student-athlete's degree or collegiate journey. The Bomber Football Legacy Network exists to break down these barriers, empowering student-athletes to excel in the classroom, serve Tompkins County, and particpate in the same transformative Bomber Football experience that shaped our lives.
